Andrew Erbe has been a commissioned Louisiana Notary Public in Acadia, Lafayette, Saint Landry, and Vermillion Parishes since 1999. In addition to a clean background check with the National Notary Association, he has also been recognized by the group as a certified signing agent. Outside of providing his services to the general public, Andrew signs for title and escrow companies, law firms, banks, and signing agencies.

Andrew is currently accepting any notary signings, with a particular focus on loan closing documents. These can include, but may not be limited to, loan applications, buy/sell documents, re-financings, and reverse mortgages, in addition to affidavits, DMV title transfers, debt settlements, structured annuities.

Andrew maintains a $10,000 notary bond along with $100,000 of E&O insurance. As a notary, he is reliable, punctual, and highly-professional. He is willing to travel within a 25-mile radius of the city of Lafayette, and he also accepts overnight-delivered or electronically-sent documents.

All signings and closings are handled with expert care as Andrew travels to private residences, banks, hospitals, nursing homes, law offices, or jails to complete any task given to him. He has closed over 1000 loans and has maintained a courteous demeanor and a refreshing professionalism that his clients appreciate.
